A: The website migration service offered by izb.works is entirely free and consists of transferring all your website files, databases and emails from your present hosting provider to your brand new hosting account with us. We’ll also update all the settings necessary for your websites to be completely functional on our next–generation cloud hosting platform.Our technicians are fully capable of moving any kind of site. With years of practical experience behind their backs, they’re well–versed in the inner workings of our cloud hosting platform, our Control Panel as well as all other well–known Control Panels. For them, transferring a custom web application with a lot of custom libraries is as elementary as moving a plain WordPress–based blog.

A: While we cannot give you a precise time frame, since there are lots of factors, including the physical size of the files and databases, the location of the current host’s server, the complexity of your web site and the present workload of our Website Migration Department, etc., we’ll give our best to transfer your site within 48h, and in certain cases – within 24h (when the website content is not very large).

A: We do not need any personal information. We will need, though, the login information for your current hosting account as well as the name of the site that you want to move.

A: We can transfer your site from any hosting provider or any Linux–based hosting platform so long as we can access the Control Panel and there is FTP access available.The only web sites that we are unable to transfer are those based on closed–source software applications like Wix, BaseKit, Jimdo, Website Tonight, Four Square and Mr Site.
